Peneseal FH is a water-based, transparent, lightly viscous and chemically reactive sealer that pene-trates into concrete and cementicious masonry protecting and strengthening durably the substrate.

Once that Peneseal FH has been applied, the concrete will stay lifelong waterproof and resistant to oils, grease and soiling.
During fresh concrete's process of drying, Peneseal FH inhibits the formation of temperature-dependent cracks. According to this, the surface is given more solidity minimizing the risk of micro and hairline cracks.

Applied on fresh concrete with faultless structure, Peneseal FH effectuates a homogeneous drying by means of moisture retention, which is indispensable for the total hydration so that the concrete ob-tains, even exceeds the aimed density.

Attention: On dyed concrete, Peneseal FH is not to be applied before the process of drying is com-pleted.

Peneseal FH penetrates deeply into the concrete where it reacts with the concrete's pores. This reac-tion generates a deep, permanent and resistive waterproofing and compacting of the concrete floor that lasts lifelong. As an ancillary effect the surfaces result to be easier to clean.

Peneseal FH hardens the concrete's ingredients turning them into a solid mass providing them with a higher density and hardness which is reflected by a higher abrasion resistance and a longer durability.

Wheted concrete surfaces develop a „hard armour" whose appearance resembles to marble that has been given a high polish. Consequently, also eflorescences can't arise anymore.
According to a study, the resistance of concrete being treated with Peneseal FH, exceeds after 30 days the resistance of untreated, completely cured concrete by 38%.

The concrete floor is trafficable and polishes itself the more it is used whereby it gains in beauty.
The chemical reaction between Peneseal FH and the salts, among other things, being dissolved in the concrete also effects a dust-protection.
On a Peneseal FH treated surface, paint or coatings are applicable. It does not contain silicones or other separating agents which could affect the adhesion of the following coating.

Peneseal FH is suitable for interior and exterior use where it is to be applied best to:

• concrete, highly dense concrete panels and screed
• mortar
• rendering
• stucco
• terrazzo plates
• further suitable for all compounds of sand and cement
